How to obtain a TAX RECEIPT for your Child Fitness Credit:

Rep Teams:

If your daughter is registered with a Scarborough Sharks Rep team, please contact your coach or team manager to obtain
a tax receipt from your team.

House League registration or Little Sharks Hockey School:

If your child is registered with our House League or in the Little Sharks hockey school, you may access a receipt for use in filing a Child Tax Credit using the Scarborough Sharks on-line registration system - QuickEnrollment (QE). Here's how:

Go to the Sharks online registration website at QuickEnrollment Registration System
1. The QE Email Help page will display. Scroll to the bottom and click on the CLICK HERE link.
2. Select the first statement that indicates that you have your password.
3. Enter your ID and Password then click the GO button.
4. Your QE Family Profile will be displayed. Click on the INVOICES/PAYMENT RECEIPTS link located at the bottom of the page.
5. Click on the VIEW/PRINT PAYMENT RECEIPTS tab at the top right.
6. Click on the VIEW RECEIPTS link for each child.
7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the PRINT button.
** you may also email a copy of the receipt to the main contact by clicking on the EMAIL button.
