All Rep teams play within the Lower Lake Female Hockey League with the season operating between October 1st and March 31st (incl. playoffs). Sharks Rep Teams home games are played on either Friday nights at Malvern Arena or Saturday nights at Commander Park Arena.

Sharks Rep Teams usually practice on Monday or Thursday nights at Malvern, Thursday nights at McGregor Park, or Sunday nights at Commander Park. All Rep teams compliment their team practices with extra skills development sessions and goalie instruction to help all players develop all aspects of their games. Sunday mornings between 11am and 1pm at Scarborough Gardens Arena has been reserved for professional skills development for all teams at the Bantam A level and lower. We believe this makes the experience of Sharks Rep hockey more progressive and fun.
